Some Pics of our Bella

I'm still working on writing out Bella's birth story. It is getting quite long, so I may have to post it in parts. In the meantime, I just had to share some pics of our Beautiful Bella.

  1. Your Bella Faith is beautiful! I'm so very sorry that you could not bring her home with you!

A friend of mine shared your blog with me. (I know your husband's grandparents from when I went to the C of C University Center at OSU, and they are close friends with my friend in Stillwater and she passed it on.) Although I don't know you, I do know the intense extremes of emotions that come with having a baby daughter in heaven and a wonderful 3-year-old boy at home.

I lost my Ava Faith in June 2011 at 40+ weeks gestation unexpectedly for no medically known reason.

I can relate and agree with everything that I have read so far on your blog. Thank you for sharing. I admire your faith in God, outlook on life and love for your children.

Our girls are alive in heaven and one day our family will be restored. In the meantime, there are really rough moments and truly blessed moments. That's what this life is about, I guess. I still cry every day, but I also smile and laugh every day, too.

I feel God's presence more than ever and I understand now what his "peace that surpasses all understanding" feels like. I pray that your family continues to feel God's comfort as well as the weeks turn into months and the months into years. (At six months I hated that this much time had elapsed between my daughter and me. My husband and I had a very special celebration of her life on that day and it made her feel nearer to us. I'll pray that you feel her presence and God's peace stronger than ever as you near this milestone.)

Thank you again for sharing your beautiful daughter and her story. ♥ Laura
